So today I had a wonderful 31 point day. I used some of my weekly, buts that's only because I goofed at dinner and made double beans and lord knows I wasn't about to give up my evening wine! No biggie, I had plenty to spare! So whats on my plate?!?!
Morning meal:
Oats with cinnamon apples-3
Coffee with sugar-1

Snack: Awesome power packed snack. The fiber in the cracker and the protein in the fish make this a powerhouse food!
Salmon-2
Wasa Cracker- 1
Laughing Cow- 1
Lunch: It may not look like much buts its delish & and I made a lot of it. Its packed with power foods. Its warm, pumkiny and savory, nothing sounds bad about that to me.
Cabbage & Pumpkin Soup- 2
Corn tortilla & ham roll up- 3
Dinner: I completely spaced out when making two bean dishes to go with this meal, and realized halfway through, but they complemented the meal in different ways. And lets face it I like BEANS! One "pizza" would most likely be sufficient but I had to the points so I indulged!
Mexican pizza (chicken, salsa, mushroom, sour cream)-7
Edemame- 2
Pinto beans- 3
